Varuthini Ekadasi is a highly sacred Ekadasi observed with deep devotion by Chaitanya Mahaprabhu Naam Hatt Shri Jagannath Mandir Sewa Trust. It falls on the Ekadasi of Krishna Paksha in the month of Vaishakha and is dedicated to the worship of Lord Vishnu, the eternal protector of His devotees.
The word Varuthini means “protected” or “armored.” Observing this Ekadasi is believed to shield devotees from misfortune, sins, and negative influences, while granting spiritual strength, virtue, and divine protection.
