This policy governs cancellations and refunds for <strong data-start=\"575\" data-end=\"623\">donations, event\/puja services, and products<\/strong> purchased through our Trust.<\/p><hr data-start=\"656\" data-end=\"659\" \/><h2 data-start=\"661\" data-end=\"678\">1. Donations<\/h2><ul data-start=\"679\" data-end=\"950\"><li data-start=\"679\" data-end=\"782\"><p data-start=\"681\" data-end=\"782\">All donations made to the Trust are considered <strong data-start=\"728\" data-end=\"779\">voluntary, non-transferable, and non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"783\" data-end=\"867\"><p data-start=\"785\" data-end=\"867\">Once a donation is received and acknowledged, it cannot be canceled or refunded.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"868\" data-end=\"950\"><p data-start=\"870\" data-end=\"950\">Donors are advised to carefully review details before making any contribution.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"952\" data-end=\"955\" \/><h2 data-start=\"957\" data-end=\"995\">2. Duplicate \/ Error Transactions<\/h2><ul data-start=\"996\" data-end=\"1255\"><li data-start=\"996\" data-end=\"1133\"><p data-start=\"998\" data-end=\"1133\">If a donor or supporter has made a <strong data-start=\"1033\" data-end=\"1065\">duplicate payment by mistake<\/strong> or due to technical error, the Trust will verify the transaction.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1134\" data-end=\"1255\"><p data-start=\"1136\" data-end=\"1255\">Upon confirmation, the duplicate amount will be <strong data-start=\"1184\" data-end=\"1221\">refunded within 7\u201314 working days<\/strong> to the original payment method.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"1257\" data-end=\"1260\" \/><h2 data-start=\"1262\" data-end=\"1291\">3. Event &amp; Puja Services<\/h2><ul data-start=\"1292\" data-end=\"1678\"><li data-start=\"1292\" data-end=\"1395\"><p data-start=\"1294\" data-end=\"1395\">Contributions made towards <strong data-start=\"1321\" data-end=\"1359\">special events, pujas, or services<\/strong> are generally <strong data-start=\"1374\" data-end=\"1392\">non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1396\" data-end=\"1520\"><p data-start=\"1398\" data-end=\"1520\">Cancellations may be accepted if notified at least <strong data-start=\"1449\" data-end=\"1496\">3 days before the scheduled event\/service<\/strong>, subject to approval.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1521\" data-end=\"1678\"><p data-start=\"1523\" data-end=\"1678\">If the event\/service is cancelled by the Trust, participants will receive a <strong data-start=\"1599\" data-end=\"1614\">full refund<\/strong> or an option to transfer the amount to another service\/event.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"1680\" data-end=\"1683\" \/><h2 data-start=\"1685\" data-end=\"1726\">4. Products Purchased from the Trust<\/h2><p data-start=\"1727\" data-end=\"1908\">We may offer religious or cultural products such as <strong data-start=\"1779\" data-end=\"1841\">books, idols, prasad, handicrafts, or temple-related items<\/strong> through our Trust outlets or website. The following terms apply:<\/p><h3 data-start=\"1910\" data-end=\"1931\">a. Cancellation<\/h3><ul data-start=\"1932\" data-end=\"2070\"><li data-start=\"1932\" data-end=\"2006\"><p data-start=\"1934\" data-end=\"2006\">Orders may be cancelled <strong data-start=\"1958\" data-end=\"1977\">before shipment<\/strong> by contacting us directly.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2007\" data-end=\"2070\"><p data-start=\"2009\" data-end=\"2070\">Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"2072\" data-end=\"2098\">b. Refunds &amp; Returns<\/h3><ul data-start=\"2099\" data-end=\"2655\"><li data-start=\"2099\" data-end=\"2382\"><p data-start=\"2101\" data-end=\"2382\"><strong data-start=\"2101\" data-end=\"2142\">Damaged, defective, or wrong products<\/strong>: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within <strong data-start=\"2257\" data-end=\"2279\">3 days of delivery<\/strong> with clear details and photographs. After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2383\" data-end=\"2522\"><p data-start=\"2385\" data-end=\"2522\"><strong data-start=\"2385\" data-end=\"2412\">Non-returnable products<\/strong>: Certain items such as prasad, food items, and customized orders are <strong data-start=\"2482\" data-end=\"2519\">non-returnable and non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2523\" data-end=\"2655\"><p data-start=\"2525\" data-end=\"2655\"><strong data-start=\"2525\" data-end=\"2544\">Return shipping<\/strong>: In case of a return, customers may be required to bear the shipping cost unless the error is from our side.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"2657\" data-end=\"2681\">c.
